Das entspricht rund 7 Tonnen. Nick Hartig bescbeschrieb die Situation mit folgenden Worten: \u201eDas st\u00e4ndige Heben schwerer Lasten war f\u00fcr unsere Mitarbeiter sehr belastend. Die Zahl der Krankmeldungen stieg, und gleichzeitig wurde es immer schwieriger, ausreichend Personal zu finden. Auf Dauer war das f\u00fcr uns keine tragf\u00e4hige L\u00f6sung.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Mit zunehmendem Produktionsvolumen wurde die k\u00f6rperlich anstrengende und repetitive Arbeit f\u00fcr das Produktionsteam immer belastender. Zudem stellte sich die Frage, wie nachhaltig dieser Prozess langfristig sein konnte. Ziel war es, die Produkte zuverl\u00e4ssig zu handhaben, die Mitarbeiter k\u00f6rperlich zu entlasten und den Produktionsprozess zukunftssicher aufzustellen. Die Anforderungen waren klar definiert: Der Roboter musste zuverl\u00e4ssig arbeiten, im Problemfall sollte ein starker Service-Support verf\u00fcgbar sein, und die Investition sollte sich schnell amortisieren.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Vergleich verschiedener L\u00f6sungen entschied sich Halloren f\u00fcr den <a href=\"https:\/\/smart-robotics.io\/de\/smart-palletizing\/\">Smart Palletizer.<\/a> Ausschlaggebend war, dass das System alle Anforderungen erf\u00fcllte und zugleich ein robustes Gesamtpaket aus Palettiersystem, Installation und Service zu deutlich geringeren Kosten als andere Alternativen bot. Dennoch kann er best\u00e4tigen, dass die Einf\u00fchrung reibungslos verlief und die Inbetriebnahme schneller abgeschlossen wurde als urspr\u00fcnglich erwartet. Seitdem arbeitet das System zuverl\u00e4ssig.<\/p>\n<p>Heute verarbeitet der Smart Palletizer pro Schicht effizient rund 7 Tonnen Kartons.
