Hardware Engineer

As a Hardware Engineer you will be responsible for designing robot systems, working closely with project managers, developers, internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires a combination of engineering know-how, curiosity, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements;
- Design robot systems according to customer requirements;
- Provide design drawings, documentation and component selection towards customers, sales and suppliers;
- Maintain system documentation;
- Maintain complete set of drawings including revisions;
- Assist/guide the service team during assembly of designed hardware;
- Coordinate with project team members on budget, planning and technical solutions and requirements for testing;
- Develop test protocols and analyzing test results in collaboration with engineers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- HBO level by education or by practical hands-on experience;
- At least 3-5 years’ experience;
- Automation/machine building;
- Production technics;
- CE-certification;
- Safety regulations;
- Solidworks;
- Critical thinking mindset; motivated to deliver high quality;
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams with varying technical backgrounds;
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
