Hardware Engineer

As a Hardware Engineer you will be responsible for designing robot systems, working closely with project managers, developers, internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a combination of engineering know-how, curiosity, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements;
  • Design robot systems according to customer requirements;
  • Provide design drawings, documentation and component selection towards customers, sales and suppliers;
  • Maintain system documentation;
  • Maintain complete set of drawings including revisions;
  • Assist/guide the service team during assembly of designed hardware;
  • Coordinate with project team members on budget, planning and technical solutions and requirements for testing;
  • Develop test protocols and analyzing test results in collaboration with engineers.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • HBO level by education or by practical hands-on experience;
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience;
  • Automation/machine building;
  • Production technics;
  • CE-certification;
  • Safety regulations;
  • Solidworks;
  • Critical thinking mindset; motivated to deliver high quality;
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams with varying technical backgrounds;
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
