Constanze Daamen joins Smart Robotics
We are delighted to welcome Constanze Daamen to Smart Robotics. On 19 October 2026, she joined us as Marketing Manager. Together with her team, Constanze now leads our marketing in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the Benelux countries. Her mission: make Smart Robotics more visible in both markets.
An intralogistics expert on board
Constanze brings many years of intralogistics experience to our team. Most recently, she was Marketing Director at Exotec, a specialist in warehouse automation. Before that, she worked at Jungheinrich Nederland B.V. She knows both the DACH and Benelux markets inside out, and that is exactly what we were looking for.
Why Constanze chose Smart Robotics
“Intralogistics is changing fast, and AI-powered robotics is becoming more and more important,” says Constanze. “With more than one billion picks, Smart Robotics has shown that this technology proves itself in real-world operations. I’m very excited to work for a Dutch robotics company and, together with Heico Sandee, Felix Schmidt and the whole team, to drive pick-and-place automation forward in our target markets.”
